Refund policy
Your right to change your mind (UK & EU customers)
If you’re based in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, no explanation needed. This is separate from and in addition to our standard returns policy below.
To cancel under this right, tell us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Once we receive it, we’ll refund you within 14 days, including standard delivery cost.
Our returns policy
Alongside your legal cancellation right, we offer 30 days from delivery to return an item you’re not happy with.
To be eligible:
- Unworn, unused, and in the condition you received it
- All accessories and labels included
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase included
To start a return, email cal@coastangels.co.uk with your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a return shipping label with instructions.
Items sent back without a confirmed return request won’t be accepted.
Return shipping costs £3.99 (UK) / €3.99 (Germany), deducted from your refund. If your item is faulty, damaged, or wrong, this fee doesn’t apply, see below.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s faulty, damaged, or wrong, email us immediately at cal@coastangels.co.uk with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it at no cost to you.
12-month warranty
Every Coast Angels product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including hardware failure, seam or zip issues, and material faults under normal use. This is on top of your legal rights and doesn’t affect them.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or issues from unauthorised repairs.
To make a warranty claim, email cal@coastangels.co.uk with photos, your order number, and a short description of the issue.
Exceptions
We can’t accept returns on:
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. This keeps things fast and means you’re not waiting on a swap to process.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
