We offer Standard UK Delivery via Amazon Shipping.

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days

  • Dispatch time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery days: Monday–Sunday

  • Delivery hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Deliveries may include photo confirmation upon drop-off.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over £30 qualify for free UK delivery

  • Orders under £30: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location

  • No extra charges for weekend or residential delivery

📍 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom.
Please note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses

  • Ensure someone is available to receive your order or that you provide a safe location if needed

📦 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has shipped. You can follow real-time updates and view delivery confirmation directly through the tracking portal.

❗ Delivery Issues

Coast Angels is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or courier disruptions.
If a delivery issue arises (e.g. the tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your parcel), we will liaise with Amazon Shipping to investigate.

We advise checking:

  • All possible delivery locations (neighbour, safe place, concierge)
